Hi I'm John from sunny Blackpool.

My Tennis playing life started at the tender age of five when I used to watch my parents play at our local club. It  was not long before chasing after the ball and pretending to be a ball boy was not enough.I soon picked up the basics and found myself taking part in group lessons with other kids my age.

I soon made friends and loved; the drills, practices and competitions we played every weekend.My friends and I were encouraged to compete in our local league which we thoroughly enjoyed. We went on to win most years.

Eventually I left my close friends to compete in tournaments around the country where I met more friends who shared the same passion as me.

At 18 I was no longer a junior and wanted to make a career within Tennis.I enrolled on the L.T.A Coaching Course along with friends made along the way.

Tennis has given me the opportunity to teach children this great game and hopefully have as much fun as I did.
